The latest release of phpFoX can always be found in the clients area of PHPFox.com.
Once you login simply visit the “My Downloads” area to get the latest stable version released.
Your admin control panel also checks in if you have the latest stable version, though if you have the license removal installed you will not see this information in your admin control panel.
So if you would like to find what is the current stable version simply visit our main site here and look to top right corner of the site and you will find where it says "Latest Version: %"
